The Vacancy

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising [PS1] the contracted services for grounds maintenance, communal cleaning, and window cleaning, including budget, procurement, delivery of and monitoring of those services throughout the contract period. You will also recommend improvements to continuously develop those services achieving value for money and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities will include:
Ensuring the maintenance, post inspection and upkeep of communal and amenity land owned by Trent & Dove including Bin Stores, Drying Areas and any other communal facility owned by or managed by the Company.
Assisting in developing and applying key performance indicators to all areas of work collecting information and reporting when required.
Supervising a team of caretaking staff and a team of cleaning staff, including monthly 1-1 meetings, colleague PDRs and day to day work schedules, ensuring the delivery of the functions set above.
Complying with statutory requirements as appropriate to schemes under your control, in particular Health and Safety and Building Regulations.
You will require:
Good standard of education including GCSE grade c/4 or above
Ideally have worked in a Building Services, Housing or Estate Services related role.

What information do we collect from you?

Why do we collect this information (purpose)?
Most of the information we need is necessary in order for you to register and to apply for a vacancy advertised.
